After a 6 month renovation the much loved Brookvale Hotel is up and running, revamped and upgraded.
Featuring a new 150 seat restaurant and sensational indoor/outdoor area, the brasserie is a smooth blend of vintage pub design and cutting edge technology. Many of our menu classics remain, with the addition of home-made pizzas and steaks available from the kitchen.
The new wraparound bar joined the fully renovated sports bar with the restaurant, and our VIP area is now fully private.
Our new Bottleshop is open, with entry from the driveway, and from the street the Hotel remains largely unchanged.
Every details of the refurbishment has been painstakingly attended to, to keep the ‘Brooky’ known and loved by our regulars intact while bringing a classic and sophisticated pub feel to the Hotel.
