Waverley Greens is the newest hospitality venue to open in the Eastern Suburbs.

After announcing a partnership with property group Mirvac to revitalise the former Waverley Bowling Club site into a contemporary lifestyle precinct and modern hospitality venue in December 2020, the development moved quickly and we’re excited that the venue will be opening on Tuesday 10 October, in the same year that the Waverley Bowling Club celebrates its 130th year.

Located on Birrell Street opposite Waverley Oval, the venue has been designed to bring nature indoors, with natural woods and plant life aiding the transition between the interior, alfresco space and bowling greens.

Featuring an internal restaurant and external cafe – both eateries operated by Jesper Hansen’s Blond Catering – The Ambry Bar & Restaurant and Henrietta Street Cafe will create exceptional culinary experiences for Members and their guests.
